Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all API subscription plans purchased on Teraboxdl.site. By purchasing any API plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

All API subscription purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is processed and API credentials are issued, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

API Subscription Plans

Our API subscription plans include:

  • Starter Plan: ₹1,499 per month - 20,000 requests per day
  • Professional Plan: ₹2,499 per month - 50,000 requests per day
  • Enterprise Plan: ₹4,999 per month - 100,000 requests per day

All plans are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

No Refunds For

Refunds will NOT be provided for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Non-usage or partial usage of the API service
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Technical issues on the customer's end
  • Incompatibility with customer's systems or applications
  • Early termination or cancellation of subscription
  • Failure to use the API within the validity period
  • Exceeding daily request limits

Free Trial Recommendation

We strongly recommend testing our free API trial before purchasing any paid subscription plan. The free trial allows you to evaluate the API functionality, performance, and compatibility with your requirements.

By purchasing a paid plan without testing the free trial, you acknowledge that you have waived your right to request a refund based on service expectations or functionality.

Subscription Validity and Renewal

All API subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before expiry to continue using the service.

Unused days from an expired subscription cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Service Interruption

In the event of service interruption or downtime caused by our infrastructure exceeding 24 consecutive hours, we may provide a service extension at our sole discretion. However, no monetary refunds will be issued.

Service interruptions caused by third-party services (including but not limited to Terabox platform changes, network issues, or force majeure events) are not eligible for refunds or extensions.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period. Your API access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (30 days from purchase).

Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction. All disputes are subject to verification and will be resolved at our sole discretion. Verified payment errors may be corrected, but service-related disputes are not eligible for refunds.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend API access for violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Abuse of API rate limits
  • Unauthorized sharing of API credentials
  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Violation of intellectual property rights

Account termination due to Terms of Service violations will not result in refunds.
